Our Client has one operations center and 26 branch offices and was in need of a replacement communications system. The existing solution was several years old, and some components were moving towards end of life. Tyten performed a detailed review process to fully understanding their current infrastructure, technical and business requirements. Right as they started the process the Pandemic hit and their employees were working from home. This made it more critical then ever to get something in place quickly.
The solution
Tyten Technologies was asked to provide a consultative approach and provide three UC and CCaaS integrators. Tyten coordinated demonstrations and presentations from all vendors. We also worked through to make sure all proposals were exactly the same and gave the customer the results in any easy to read manner. This allowed them to make the decision on there own with unbiased information.
